What It Does

JobCardApp is a digital job card system for workshops where work arrives unscheduled. Create a card when a job walks in, log parts and labour as it progresses, and sync completed jobs to your accounting software — no calendars, no dispatch, no scheduling.

Who It's For

Workshop owners and managers running reactive-service trades businesses in the UK — agricultural machinery repair, plant and construction equipment, fabrication shops, hydraulics workshops, marine engine repair, and specialist vehicle workshops. Typically 5–20 employees, handling jobs that arrive as phone calls, walk-ins, and breakdowns.

Why It Exists

Every workshop management tool on the market forces an appointment-scheduling workflow. Calendar slots, dispatch routing, service windows — features built for field-service trades, not for workshops where the next job arrives on a flatbed with no notice.
